kohORG was proudly hosted by IGN/GameSpy, then AtomicGamer, and is now currently hosted under JustHost. Domains within the kohORG network are purchased from GoDaddy. The kohORG network was created 08 OCT 2006, and it consists of Nintendo-related gaming websites, mainly shrines and fanlistings that host in-depth canonical information as well as fan-based thoughts on said information.
kohORG is not responsible for any content found on its past hosts ( IGN & AtomicGamer), current host, or the host’s other hostees. By visiting said host and any websites under their hosting, you acknowledge that they are separate from kohORG. This network is not responsible for any content viewed outside of its pages, including any and all websites accessed through links in or outside of the network. kohORG is not liable to its host or viewers for any consequential or exemplary damages or losses (intangible or otherwise) resulting from use of or visitation to the network.
Though hosting through IGN/GameSpy has been removed from their network entirely, IGN Entertainment will not be liable for any harms, which lawyers and courts often call direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses(even if the IGN Entertainment Sites have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) The use or the inability to use the Hosted Service; (ii) The cost of getting substitute hosting services resulting from inoperability of Hosted Service; (iii) Unauthorized access to or alteration of the Hosted Site; or (iv) Any other matter relating to the Hosted Service.
kohORG is in no way part of or affiliated with Nintendo. All characters found within the network, game scenes, official art, and music are © Nintendo. Please do not reuse or edit any of the fan-made images found here. Graphics found within the network were made by the webmasters (unless stated otherwise), so do not take credit for any of them, do not modify them, and do not use them outside of the network unless you have first asked for and have been granted permission to do so.
The webmasters are not responsible for any improper conduct experienced within the network. While the owners put up profanity filters and attempts to keep adult material off of the website and forums, they are ultimately not responsible for any improper materials or conduct viewed or heard through this website. Understand that improper materials posted by website users can be removed, but 24 hour surveillance is not possible.
Once any prizes are mailed out, the webmasters are no longer responsible for items that may become damaged or stolen in shipping. Package insurance is an optional fee for those who wish to secure their items in shipping. Addresses supplied the webmasters are only seen by the webmasters at time of shipping, and then they are deleted afterwards for security purposes.
The webmasters are not responsible for the conduct or content that is found on any sites outside of the kohORG network, whether they are links, affiliates, or advertisements. The webmasters are not responsible for the conduct of its individual members (chat-wise, forum-wise, etc.).
